Died, at 5:30 o'clock Tuesday evening, June 6, 1911, at the residence, South Fourteenth street, after a lingering illness of a complication of diseases, A. D. Moffett. Deceased was a veteran of the Civil war, being a member of the Sixty-eighth Ohio infantry. He was a member of Stephenson Post No. 30, G. A. R., of this city. He is survived by his wife, two daughters, Mrs. I. N. Thompson of Mason City, and Mrs. Edward Benscoles of this city, and two sons, Ward and Amos Moffett, of this city.

Mr. Moffett was a drayman and transfer man of this city where he resided for many years. Flag services will be held by the members of Ladies of the G.A.R. Services at the grave will be in charge of Stephenson Post, G. A. R. Interment will be made in Oak Ridge cemetery.
