Mrs. Lilly Mae Mixon Allen, 72, died Monday at Bulloch Memorial Hospital in Statesboro after a long illness. She was a lifelong resident of Bulloch County.
Surviving are her husband, Lovin Allen of Statesboro; a daughter, Mrs. Mary Bailey of Statesboro; a son, Dick Allen of Savannah; a sister, Mrs. Georgia Lovingood of Phoenix, Ariz.; a half-sister, Mrs. Floyd Brannen of Statesboro; and seven grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Barnes-Hodges Funeral Home in Statesboro, with burial in Middleground Church Cemetery.
