Annie Mae Johnston

Annie Mae Johnston, 63, of Monaca, entered into eternal life Tuesday, August 23, 2011 in Heritage Valley Beaver. Born July 29, 1948, in Steele, MO, she was a daughter of the late James and Cornelius Wilson Mitchell.
She was a wonderful homemaker, mother and grandmother. Annie attended the Holiness Church of Christ in Ohioville, she faithfully served as an usher and was a member of the hospitality group. She loved the Lord, her church life and certainly her much adored family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lonnie Johnston, and by her brothers and sisters.
She leaves behind daughters and son-in-law, Angela Burroughs, Beaver, LaWonder and Jay Kopps, Midland; sons and daughter-in-law, Lonnie and Heather Johnston, Rochester, Randy Johnston and his girlfriend Brandy Sager, New Brighton; former son-in-law and dear friend, Carl Burroughs; 10 grandchildren, Dominique, Alana, Claryssa, Shandna, Marcus, Samantha, Janay, Gabrielle, Yasmine and Diamond; six great-grandchildren, Ryan, Mylani, Isaiah, Carmen, Da'Vaughn and Ayla'Grace; sisters, Sandra Jean Smith, Marilyn Denise Mitchell, and her brother, Cecil Mitchell, Arkansas.
Friends will be received Friday morning from 9 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. in the D.L. WILLIAMS FUNERAL HOME, Midland. Her pastor, the Rev. John L. Williams, will officiate.
Interment will follow in Beaver Cemetery.
