Jeannie, a former telephone company manager, died Tuesday Sept. 20, 2011 at her home in Dickson. She was the daughter of the late John Thomas Melton. Jeannie was the previous manager for Freedom Communications here in Dickson and attended the Lighthouse Ministry Church in Dickson.
Survivors include her son, Shawn Hutchison of Dickson, TN; daughter, Cyndia Clark and husband Jonathan of Dickson, TN; mother, Roberta Melton of McEwen, TN; three brothers, Steve Melton of Seattle, WA; Mark Melton of Dickson, TN; Kenny Melton of McEwen, TN; four sisters, Helen McWilliams of McEwen, TN; Virginia Hagewood of Cumberland Furnace, TN; Sherry Abernathy of Clarksville, TN; Vicky Estes of Dickson, TN; grandsons, Kylan Clark and Hayden Clark; several nieces and nephews.
