Mrs. Nancy Cartwright, 66, of Caldwell County, died Thursday, April 14. at 2:30 a.m. at her home, following a short illness.
A retired band printer at Princeton Hosiery Mill and member of Eddy Creek Baptist Church, she was born Feb. 3, 1939, in Caldwell county, a daughter of the late John Wilkes Egan and Eva Murl Wakeland Milstead.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Rose Emily Milstead and John Ella Gray; and a brother, Joe Milstead.
Survivors include four daughters, Penny Cox of Mobile, Ala., Susan Brown and Emily Crisp, both of Eddyville, and Julie Williams of Princeton; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two brothers, Tommy Milstead and David Milstead, both of Caldwell County; a sister, Sudie Traylor of Caldwell County; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services were conducted Sunday, April 17, at 1:30 p.m. at white Sulphur Cemetery, Caldwell County, Ky. the Rev. Dean Ray officiated the service for Mrs. Cartwright.
