Born in Wisconsin, March 18, 1883, she retired as chief operator for Southern Pacific Railroad in 1948, and was chief operator for Bell of Nevada for 13 years. She had lived in Nevad for 63 years, eight of those in Reno.
Surviving are three sisters, Ethel Taylor, of Rneo, Marie (Fairy) Marchi, also of Reno, and Adele Fisher, of Hayward, Calif., one niece and one nephew; several great nieces and great nephews and greatgreat nieces and greatgreat nephews.
A funeral service will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m.
Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery.
