He was the son of Philip and Elaine (Whitehead) Miller. He graduated from Milton Wisconsin High School in January of 2004. He was employed at Woodmans Food Market for the past 4 years. Rusty served in the US Army Reserve, Bravo Company 397th Engineer Battalion based in Dodgeville, Wisconsin. He is survived by his parents; a sister, Heather; maternal grandparents, Stanley and Shirley Whitehead; paternal grandparents, Charles and Arita Miller; maternal great grandmother, Dorothy Wagenknecht; and by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
He was preceded in death by an infant sister, Carrie Renee Miller. Rusty died in an automobile accident in Fulton Township.
