Ada Marie Miller, 95, daughter of Arthur & Esther (Reynolds) Long, was born November 7, 1922 in Sisseton, South Dakota. She passed away Friday, January 26, 2018 at the Guthrie County Hospital in Guthrie Center, Iowa.
She graduated from Panora High School. Her companion since the early 1950's was Jimmy Dudley. They worked together at Dudley Motors in Panora until the early 1980's. Jimmy passed away in 1988.
Ada was a member of the Panora First Christian Church, of which she was very active. She served as the Financial Secretary for many years. She enjoyed traveling and taking part in Stitch-n-Chatter at the church. She was very active up until this last year. She was very involved with her immediate family. She loved life and people.
Ada is survived by many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Betty Lou Miller, her companion Jimmy Dudley, two brothers, and four sisters.
Funeral services will be 2:30 P.M., Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at the Panora First Christian Church. Burial will be in the Brethren Cemetery, Panora. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 30, 2018 from 5-7 P.M. at the Twigg Funeral Home, Panora.
