The Reverend Reva Kay Ford, 68, of Willshire, died at 9:55 a.m., at her residence.

She was born to Glen and Elaine (Wyant) Miller. Her mother survives in Willshire.

On June 7, 1959, she married Edwin Ford, who survives.

Also surviving are two sons, Edwin L. III (Lisa), Decatur, Ind., and Jeff (Terri), Grove City; a daughter, Kimberly (Matt) Feasel, Willshire; a brother, David D. (Chieko), Ponte Verda, Fla.; and 11 grandchildren.

She and her husband were co-pastors for the Church of God, headquartered in Anderson, Ind. They also served churches in Ohio, Missouri, Kentucky and retired to Willshire in 2003. She served an internship for Hospital Chaplaincy, Bloomington, Ind., and attended the Mid-America University Center, Oklahoma, City, Okla. for Pastor Studies of Theology, Anderson, Ind.

Services at First Church of God, Van Wert, the Revs. Phil Miller and William Jeffers officiating.
