Services for Aaron Troy Miller,64, Route 5, Ava, will be held at 2 pm today (Thursday) at Clinkingbeard Chapel with the Rev. Paul Welch officiating. Burial will be in Murray Cemetery.
A resident of rural Ava for most of his life, Mr. Miller died at 8 am Dec. 16 at the home of his son, Jerry, following a long illness.
A retired farmer, he was born July 3, 1921 in Ozark County, the son of Isaac Dolphin and Minnie Mae Morrison Miller. He married Ruth Leona Scott on Sept. 28, 1938 at Squires. Mrs. Miller survives.
Also surviving are four sons, Bill, Jerry, and Troy, all of Route 5, Ava, and Donald , DeSoto, Kans.; two daughters, Lela Rowe and Lorene Loftin, both of Route 5, Ava; one brother, Ivan, Hartville; 19 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
One daughter, Patsy, one son, Roy Dean, and one brother preceded him in death
