Mrs. Adams died at her home near Jonesboro on Thursday, December 18 after an illness of several years duration. She was a member of the Baptist Church. She was a native of Sikes.
Mrs. Adams is survived by her father and mother, John W. Miller and Francis Ellen Harris Miller of Sikes; three daughters, Mrs. Leala Curry of Baton Rouge, Mrs. Olive Robinson of Jonesboro, and Miss Mildred Adams of Jonesboro; four sons, Thomas, J. W., and Ray Adams of Baton Rouge, and Arnold Adams of Jonesboro. She is also survived by several sisters and brothers.
Pallbearers were S. K. Curry, Hubert Adams, Grant Roberson, Z. F. Roberson, Chester Johnson, and R. S. Jordan.
