His father, Stephen George Milen was b 1895-d 1898 in Kastal Luksie, Split-Dalatia Croatia and came to America when he was abt 16 years of age. His name was legally changed from MILIN to MILEN when he became a naturalized citizen Dec 10, 1941. Larry's mother's name was Elizabeth Kaub who was born in Wisconsin in 1900. She died in 1976. Larry had 3 brothers: Hank, Edward and Ronald. He had 3 sisters: Ellenore, Dorothy and Betty Jean. Besides a wife he left two children, daughters.

Lawrence Milen, beloved husband of Kathleen, nee Sutton; loving father of Debbie (Eric) Jensen, Margaret (John) Mikolajczak, Linda (Gary) Jones and Keny Lufkin; proud grandfather of nine; dear brother of Henry (Ellen) Milen, Eleanor (late Ardent) Heitmann, Dorothy (Robert) Rundin, Edward (Essie) Milen, Jeanne (late Lyle) Mercier and Ronald (Susan) Milen.

Funeral Monday 9:30 a.m. from The Hickey Memorial Chapel, 4201 W. 147th St., Midlothian, to St. Christopher Church. Mass 10 a.m.

Interment at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.

Visitation Sunday 2 to 8 p.m.
