Eugene Milam married Hattie Allen on 3 February 1907 near Ivan, Texas. He moved to Breckenridge in 1962 from his farm at Ivan. He was a former member of the Masonic Lodge.
Survived by his wife; five daughters - Mrs. P.B. "Lililan Inabelle" Broach, Mrs. H.S. Hefner, Mrs. Pierre N. Samford, Mrs. T.L. Samford, Mrs. E.G. Isbell; one sister - Mrs. C.T. Jones; one brother -E.B. Milam; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
