Pauline Middleton, 74, of Numa died early Sunday morning, Dec. 31, 1989 at St. Joseph's Mercy Hospital in Centerville.
She was born Jan. 23, 1915 in Numa to Henry W. and Nora Toney Fox. She was united in marriage to Laverne Middleton in Unionville, Mo. on Jan. 1, 1940. He survives.
She was a member of the Grace Tabernacle Church and had worked at the hospital for 15 years.
Survivors include her husband, Laverne; two brothers. Art Fox of Moravia and Hershel Fox of Phoenix, Ariz.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Zoe Ann Kleine; three brothers, and two sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday morning, Jan. 3 at Grace Tabernacle Church with the Rev. Richard Griffin officiating. Interment will be in the Numa Cemetery. Visitation will be open all day today at Johnson-
Lange Funeral Home. A memorial has been established to the Missionary Fund at Grace Tabernacle Church and may be left at the funeral home.
