Dorothy M. DeMay, 88, formerly of East Syracuse,died Friday at St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center.
Born in East Syracuse, she moved to Florida 15 years ago. She retired in 1972 after 17 years at General Electric Co.
Her husband, Gordon O., died in 1970.
Survivors: Two daughters, Roxanne Rowe of Newark and Dorothy Raynor of Kirkville; a son, James of Lyncourt; three sisters, Anna Medlong and Evelyn Klasmier, both of Florida, and Jane Henderson of Baldwinsville; two brothers, Raymond and Charles Michel, both of Florida; 16 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Services: 11 a.m. Monday at Delaney & Greabell Funeral Home. Burial, Minoa Methodist Cemetery. Calling hours, 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, 241 Kinne St., East Syracuse.
