Of Horseheads, NY passed away on Wednesday, January 1, 2014 at the age 83. Jean was born March 20, 1930, a daughter of the late, Walter and Grace Allard Seebech. She was predeceased by her husband Richard of 50 years and sons Richard & Thomas Michaels. Jean is survived by her daughter, Joyce (William) Andrewlavage; son, Douglas (Kathy) Michaels, several grandchildren, great grandchildren; brothers-in-law; sisters-in-law, many nieces, nephews, and friends. Jean devoted her life to her family. She was well known as a fabulous cook! The family will be present to receive friends from 3pm-4pm, on Saturday, January 11, 2014 at the First Presbyterian Church, 2943 Westinghouse Rd., Horseheads, NY. A Memorial Service will follow at 4pm with the Rev. Jonathan Knight.
