Mrs. Connie Merrick Harris, 69, of Hanover, MA passed away peacefully at home on June 8, 2013 surrounded by family and loved ones. Daughter of the late Bartholomew and Abina Merrick of Ireland, she was born in her beloved Cambridge, MA and has lived in Hanover for 40 years. Wife of the late Harry Charles Harris, and loving mother to her daughter, Kristen Nichols and her husband Ted of Duxbury and to her son, Brendhan Harris and his wife Annabelle of New Hampshire; loving grandmother to Heidi and Seth Nichols and Connor and Victoria Harris; sister to Noreen Logan, Maureen Bondaruk and William Merrick. Connie will be remembered by many. Her door was always open, but more importantly, so was her heart. Some of her fondest memories include her many Golden Retrievers, summers at the Cape Coddage, West Dennis Beach, and Christmas Holidays. Visiting hours in the Sullivan Funeral Home, 551 Washington Street, Rte 53, Hanover on Tuesday from 4 -7 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday at 9 a.m. in St. Mary of the Sacred Heart Church, 392 Hanover St., Rte 139 in Hanover.
