Jennie first married Robert Andrews by whom she had three children: Earl Calvin Andrews; Ruth M. Andrews, wife of Vincent White; and Willard E. Andrews. In 1919 Jennie had a child, Edith, by a Mr. Knappenberger. Edith married a Mr. White.
Sometime between 1920 and 1930 Jennie (Meckes) Andrews married Ulysses Green by whom she had three more children: Mildred Agnes Green b. 1922; Arlene Rose Green b. 1925; Helen Alverta Green b. 1925.

Mrs. Jennie A. Green, 87, of 196 S. 2nd St., Lehighton, died Wednesday in the Gnaden Huetten Nursing and Convalescent Home, Lehighton. Her husband, Ulysses S. Green, died in 1973.

Surviving are a son, Willard Andrews of Walnutport; three daughters, Mrs. Ruth White of Allentown, and Mrs. Arlene Rohn and Mrs. Helen Rohn, both of Jim Thorpe; three brothers, Harvey and Francis, both of Jim Thorpe Star Route, and Elmer of Lehighton R.3; three sisters, Mrs. Viola Allison of Jim Thorpe, Mrs. Myrtle Beers of Jim Thorpe Star Route and Mrs. Elda Beers of Lehighton; 14 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren and four great-great- grandchildren. A daughter, Mrs. Edith White, died several years ago.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in the William A. Garrett Funeral Home, 3rd and Alum streets, Lehighton. A calling hour will precede the services
