in 1828 on July 16th and was
the oldest of a family of six and has
outlived all her sisters and one
brother. On Nov. 20, 1845, she was
married to Abram Hines in Rutland,
Vt , and in August, 1851, she removed
with her husband and two children
to Ohio and has made Lorain
county her home ever since. She
was the mother of nine children, five
boys and four girls, of whom seven
are living. Her husband left her a
widow seven years ago, on Jan. 26,
1899. Besides the seven children
still living she leaves behind 25
grand children and 12 great grand
children.
