Newton – Services for Eva Grace Jackson, 88, who died Saturday, February 10, 2007, at Bedford Care Center in Newton, were held at 10 a.m. Monday at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home with burial in Homewood Methodist Cemetery.
Mrs. Jackson was a member of Salem Baptist Church in Learned and a faithful member of church services held at Bedford Care. She was a retired assembly line worker from Forest Poultry Packers and a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dampeer Jackson; and grandson.
Survivors include her two sons, James Jackson of Murfreesboro, Tenn. And Sam Jackson of Forest; five grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
