Eileen B. Arquette, 84, of 9 Laurel Terrace, died at 4:58 a.m. Thursday in the emergency room at Massena Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Arquette was employed in the housekeeping department at Massena Memorial Hospital for seven years and with Guy's Restaurant for six years.
Born Oct. 29, 1914, in Iroquois, Ontario, a daughter of Clarence and Dora Miller MacNaughton, she married Howard J. Arquette on March 29, 1945, at Emmanuel Congregational Church. He died June 10, 1973.
She was a resident of Syracuse for 11 years, returning to Massena in 1993.
Surviving are four sons, Lynden N., Glens Falls, Duane H., Seattle, Wash., Eugene C., Massena, and Michael J., Rochester; two daughters, Mrs. Roger (Madelyn) Giles, Bloomington, Ind., and Mrs. Keith (Virginia) Allen, Orleans, Ind.; 15 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Phillips Memorial Home with the Rev. Lance C. Dallaire, pastor of Emmanuel Congregational Church, officiating. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Norfolk.
