Mrs. Agnes Sterling McLane, wife of Benjamin V. McLane of Salisbury, formerly of Crisfield, died at her home there on Nov 17th, following a short illness.
She was the daughter of the late William and Addie Sterling.
Mrs. McLane was a lady with fine personality, a good neighbor and friend, devoted to her family. Her hobby was growing flowers. Funeral services were held in the Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury with the Rev. Howard M. Amos, pastor of Bethesda Methodist Church, officiating. Burial was in the Wicomico Cemetery.
Surviving her are her husband, one daughter, Miss Adlyn McLane of Salisbury, one son, Benjamin McLane, Jr., of California, two brothers, John Sterling of Baltimore and William Cullen Sterling of Crisfield.
