Clifton McKinney age 84, of Warren, AR. died Sunday, September 12th in Gardner Nursing Home, at Star City, AR. He was born August 15th, 1926 in Cleveland County, AR. a son of the late Samuel Nick McKinney and Mildred Childress McKinney. He was a Methodist an Avid Hunter and Fisherman a Carpenter and a United States WWII Army Veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy Marie Johnson McKinney, whom he married December 18th 1964 and she died May 1, 2007. Also preceding him in death is a daughter Pamela Kay Taylor, brothers, Winford McKinney, Lewis McKinney, Gaston McKinney, Clois McKinney, Doyle McKinney, Versle McKinney, Wilson McKinney and a sister Ruth McKinney Gavin. He is survived by his daughter, Terry Myers, Warren, Ar. A brother Robert McKinney, Seattle, WA. 4 grandchildren Laura Chambers Simpson, Rye, AR., Ricky O'Neil, Warren, AR., Amber Taylor, Conway, AR., and Mindy Groves Smith, Woodlawn, AR., 6 great-grandchildren.
