Josie Pearl Bricker Hill, 90, 645 W. 11th St., died Saturday in Parkview Nursing Home after an extended illness. She was native of Muncie and lived here all her life.
Mrs. Hill worked as a cook at Ball Brothers and as a maid at the Roberts Hotel. She was a former member of the Moose and a former member of War Mothers.
Survivors include two sons, Robert Bricker and Arthur Bricker, both of Muncie; six daughters, Ruth Craig, Becky Starkey, Mary Mansfield, and Ruby Brown, all of Muncie, Alice Merchant, Winchester, and Peggy Bond, Farmland; two sisters, Roma Shook, Muncie, and Dorothy Moore, Parker City; 34 grandchildren; 57 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
Services will begin at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Parson Mortuary chapel. Burial will be in Elm Ridge Cemetery. Calling will be 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Monday at Parson Mortuary.
