Mary M. White, 80, widow of Carl M. White, died early this morning at Ball Hospital after apparently suffering a heart attack. She lived at 1012 W. 14th until moving to RR 1, Eaton, to make her home with her daughter, Mrs. Bill (Verna) Green.
Mrs. White was born in Muncie, attended city schools, and spent her entire life in this area. She was a charter member of the Southside Church of the Nazarene and at one time was employed at Ball Stores for several years.
Surviving besides her daughter are a son, Paul White, Muncie; three grandchildren, and a great-grandson.
Services will be at Meeks Mortuary at 10 a.m. Friday with Rev. A.G. Padgett officiating. Burial will follow in Beech Grove Cemetery.
Calling hours are at the mortuary from 3 to 5 and from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday or prior to services on Friday.
