Mrs. Margaret, widow of Ivins Foster, died at the old family residence in Curran Township yesterday morning, after a lingering illness. She was born in Harrison County, KY., January 24, 1796, her name being McKee. She was married to Mr. Foster February 26, 1819, settling in Curran Township, where she resided until her death.
Her life has been a long and eventful one, full of hardships and self sacrifice. She was a good mother, an affectionate friend, an accomodating neighbor, lived a consistant Christian life, and has gone to her reward.
The funeral will take place at the family residence today at 11 o'clock a.m.
