Mrs. Gladys McInnes Clements, 51, wife of John Wesley Clements, died at a local hospital yesterday at 12:45 a.m. after an illness of two months. She was a native of Cadillac, Mich., and had resided in Norfolk 18 years prior to a year ago when she moved to Elbow Road, Norfolk County. She was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Raymond McInnes and was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church.
In addition to her husband she is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Ethel Clements, Biloxi, Miss., and Mrs. Ida Louise Clenents, of Norfolk; three sons, Joseph Clarence Allen, Seattle, Wash.; Richard E. Allen, South Norfolk and Stephen F. Allen, of Norfolk; three brothers, Walter Raymond McInnes, Detroit; Earl Paulson, Flint, Mich., and Lawrence Paulson, Grand Rapids, Mich., and six grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Cox Funeral Home at a time to be announced later.
