The following details concerning the death of George McFee, whose death has been reported in The Sentinel which appeared in a Covington, KY excange will be of interest:
Tragedy hovered over the home of Mrs W H Griffin,1130 Banglick Street, Covington, Monday. While her brother, Clinton McFee, lay near death in one room, in another room preparations were being made for the funeral of her father, George McFee, 69.
The father accompanied by his wife, Mrs Jane McFee and his daughter, Mrs Mattie Fox and her husband, Russell came from Parkersburg, WV, their home town. Clinton, an ex-sailor was recently brought to Covington from a San Franciso hospital suffering with a heart leakage. Sunday morning, George McFee was stricken with paralysis. He died Sunday night. The paper also stated that Mr McFee's remains would be shipped here Tuesday for burial, but according to word received by the Leavitt Undertaking Co, the remains are being held there as the son, Clinton McFee, continues very low and his death is expected at any time.

Arrangements are being made for a double funeral Friday afternoon for George McFee, of this city, and his son, Clinton McFee, of Covington, KY. The elder McFee, who was called to the Kentucky city by the serious illness of his son, died there of paralysis on Monday. The death of his son, who had been in a serious condition, occurred yesterday afternoon.
On arrival here this evening, the bodies will be taken in charge by Leavitt & Co and will be taken to the McFee home in south Parkersburg. Funeral services will be held from the South Side Methodist Episcopal church Friday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock and interment will be in the Cedar Grove cemetery. Rev H K Riffe will officiate at the services.

Word was received here this afternoon from Covington, KY, that Clinton McFee had passed away and that arrangements should be made for a double funeral, that of father and son. George McFee, of this city, was called to Covington by the illness of his son, who was a member of the navy and who was not expected to live. The senior McFee was stricken with paralysis Sunday night and never rallied.
The telegram received by the Leavit Co stated that the remains of father and son would leave Covington Thursday at noon and should arrive here that evening at 7 o'clock. Afterwards arrangements will be made for the funeral.
The double bereavement falls heavily on the family and numerous friends will be deeply grieved to hear of it.

The double funeral of George McFee, aged 75 and his son,
George Clinton McFee, aged 35, who died last week at Covington, KY was held at the South Side Baptist church Friday afternoon. Rev H K Riffe, who was assisted biy REv W R Moyer, having charge of the services. The church services followed a short service at the home. An immense congregation of friends gathered to pay tributes of respect to the wife, mother, and 5 children. The affair was double sad, due to the fact that the father had gone last week to the Kentucky city, where his son was confined in a hospital, seriously ill and suffered a paralytic stroke, dying shortly after. The son did not live long, dying several hours after his father.
The deceased are survived by the wife and mother, Mrs George McFee, one son and brother, Frederick McFee, of south Parkersburg, and 4 sisters and daughters, Mrs Martha Fox, of South Parkersburg, Mrs Ora L Griffin, of Cleveland, OH, Mrs Sarah Baldwin, of Cleveland, OH and Mrs Laura B Shumaker, of Massillon, OH.
Burial was held at the Cedar Grove church cemetery on Staunton Pike.
