McELWEE, Judith
(Judy) Margaret
Loving daughter, sister, aunt, and friend passed away quietly in her sleep on October 24, 2009 after a very difficult battle with cancer. Judy was born on July 3,1945 in Australia. She graduated from Folsom High School in 1963. She was a stewardess for Trans International Airline in the '70's and worked for and retired from PG&E in 2006, where she had many loving friends. Judy is preceded in death by her father, Charles (Mac) and her sister MaryEllen. She leaves behind her mother, Hope, her brothers Butch and Colin and her sister Joy. Judy will be especially missed by her nieces Lacey, Kendra, Heather, Taylor and nephew Billy. Also her special friend Connie Zupan and God son Matt Zupan. Judy loved to travel and did so whenever she had the opportunity. She will be remembered for her wonderful, contagious laugh and her sense of humor that she maintained right up to the end. She will be missed so much, especially during the holidays that she loved to celebrate. There will be no service but donations can be made in her name to UC Davis Hospice Program, 3630 Business Drive, Suite L Sacramento, CA 95820. They were so helpful to Judy, the family and at the time, in the care of her father. It is a wonderful organization and the family would like to thank them very much for all their assistance along with MaryAnn, her caregiver.
