Laura Frances Black, aged 64, wife of E.A. Black, died at her home, 326 West Diamond Street at 2:55 o'clock this morning after a two year illness.
Mrs Black was born in Freeport, the daughter of the late William McCollough. She had resided in Butler for 42 years.
Surviving are her husband, E.A. Black, secretary of Branch 64, Loyal Order of Moose; two daughters, Mrs Frank Green of Butler and Miss Grace Black of Butler; a grandchild, Paul Green, of Butler; two sisters, Mrs John Hildebrand of St Joe and Mrs W.H. Westerman of Marietta, Ohio, and a brother, Thomas McCollough, of Ellwood City.
She was a member of St Peter's Catholic Church.
Funeral services will be held from St Peter's Catholic Church at 9:30 o'clock Friday morning. Burial will be in St Peter's Cemetery.
