Betty A. Connor, 88, of Evansville, passed away Wednesday, October 9, 2013, at Deaconess Gateway. She was born October 13, 1924, in Rockport, IN. She was a member of Bethel United Church of Christ.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph F. Connor.

She is survived by her daughters, Patricia (Danny) Bateman and Sue (Hayden) Woodard; granddaughter, Taylor Woodard; and grandsons, Brennan, Kyler (Ashley) and Logan McReynolds, Jason (Erica), Jamie (Kendra), and Jeremie (Ashley) Bateman; and five great-grandchildren.

Services will be 11:00 AM Friday, October 11, 2013, at Alexander East Chapel, officiated by Rev. Joe Schulte, with a private burial in Sunset Hill in Rockport, IN. Friends may visit Friday from 9:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Vanderburgh Humane Society, 400 Millner Industrial Drive, Evansville, IN 47710.
