Wyonia A. ''Peanut'' (McCormick) Boswell, 69, Anderson, went to be with the Lord on January 17, 2007 at her residence after an extended illness.
She was born November 5, 1937 in New Hope, Indiana, and resided in the Anderson area for 10 years.
She was a homemaker and had previously worked at Goodwill Industries in Indianapolis. She loved to knit, crochet and embroider.
She was a member of Ebenezer Apostolic Church.
She is survived by her siblings: Gary McCormick Sr. & wife Donna of Indianapolis, Clinton McCormick Jr & wife Judy of Indianapolis and Gladys Irene Calloway of Trenton, Florida. Aunt: Marion McCormick of Cataract. Caregiver of 10 years and Best Friend: Belva Redmon of Anderson. Special Friends: Marilyn Eldridge, Sherry Castor, Joe Adams, Cassy Neff, Justin Reynolds, Angela Castor and Patty Kirkenbauer. Special thanks to St. John's Hospice and to Brother Earl Isom for all their care and concern.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Rev. Clinton McCormick Sr. and Luda (Ray) Hill.
