A double funeral will be held on Sunday morning next at 10 o'clock for two sisters, Mrs. Mary Benjamin and Mrs. Jessie Howley, who died yesterday at their home, 212 Morton St, following illnes lasting but a week. Mrs. Benjamin died yesterday afternoon at 1:15 o'clock, to be followed by her sister, who expired early last evening. Pneumonia is named as the cause of both deaths.
Mrs. Benjamin was the wife of Chester Benjamin. She is survived by her mother, husband, two children, two brothers and one sister. Mrs. Howley was the wife of Robert Howley. Both women were well known in this city, particularly in the West End, where they made their home. They both attended the South Chester M. E. Church, and Rev. Alfred F. Taylor, pastor of that church, will have charge of the funeral services. Interment will be made at Chester Rural Cemetery.
