MURRAY - B Faye McConkie Westenskow, 82, joined her eternal sweetheart, Woodrow J. Westenskow on Jan. 24, 2004 while surrounded by her family at her Murray home.
Born April 14, 1921, Moab, Utah, to George Wilson McConkie & Sarah Eleanor Somerville. Faye was Married to Woodrow J. Westenskow, May 31, 1941 in Salt Lake LDS Temple. She is a devoted Daughter, Sister, Wife, Mother Grandmother and Great Grandmother. As a Member of the LDS Church, she served as a Temple Worker at the Jordan River Temple for over 20 years.
She is survived by: Children, Robert W. Westenskow (Nancy L. Thompson), Karen A. Edwards, Diane W. Gibbs (Kim L. Gibbs, deceased), W. Dale Westenskow (Karrie L. Bracken); 13 grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, 11 a.m. at the Highland Ward, 932 W. Greenoaks Drive (5900 South), Murray. Friends may call Wednesday, 6-8 p.m. Memorial Mortuary, 5850 South 900 East, Murray, and Thursday one hour prior to services. Interment, Mountain View Memorial Estates located at 3115 East 7800 South, Salt Lake City, Utah.
