Born December 2, 1925, he was the son of William G. and Essie Martin McCauley. He was married to Pauline Weeks McCauley, who preceded him in death.
Mr. McCauley worked for the Town of Manassas for many years prior to his retirement.
Besides his wife, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Wilson McCauley, Woodrow McCauley and Johnny McCauley. Survivors include three nephews, Ray Keaton and his wife Mary of Front Royal, William McCauley of Charlottesville, Junior McCauley of Charlottesville.
Graveside services will be held on May 29th, 2008, at 2:00 p.m. at the Bradley Forest Cemetery, Manassas, VA. Pastor Pete Costello will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of the Baker-Post Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Manassas, VA.
