Mrs. Harry E. (Dorothy H.) Kail, 70, of 2624 25th Place, Parkersburg, West Virginia, formerly of Carrollton, died Monday in St. Joseph Hospital in Parkersburg after a brief illness. Born March 16, 1920 in Canton, she was a daughter of the late Walter and Janet (sell) McCartney. She had been a Parkersburg resident two years and was a member of the United Presbyterian Church in Carrollton.
Surviving in addition to her husband, whom she married November 22, 1947 are two daughters, Mrs. Gregory (Janet) Ecklund of Parkersburg and Mrs. William (Mary) Wajert of Beaumont, Texas; two sisters, and a brother, Jane Williams of Dellroy, Alice Perez of Canton and Donald McCartney of Mansfield; and four grandchildren. Five brothers are deceased. Services will be held this Thursday at 1 p.m. in the Allmon-Dugger Funeral Home in Carrollton with revs. Benjamin Blumel and Carroll McCauley officiating. Burial will be in Westview Cemetery.
