RITES HELD FOR SUSAN GALLAGHER

Requiem high Mass was celebrated for Susan Gallagher, 90, former Dougherty resident, Monday morning at St. Edward's Catholic Church in Rockford, Ill.

She died Friday at her home in Rockford, where she had lived since 1920.

Mrs. Gallagher was born in June 1874 in Hazelton, Pa., daughter of James and Annabell (Boyle) McCarren. She was married to John Gallagher in February of 1891 at Dougherty.

Surviving are two sons, Edward, Rockford, Ill., and Raymond, Rockwell; five daughters, Mrs. Harold (Anne) McCarthy, Anaheim, Calif.; Mrs. Mrs. Joseph (Therese) Imbeck, Melrose, Minn.; Mrs. William (Helen) Casey, St. Paul, Minn.; Mrs. John (Genevieve) McInnes, Rockford, Ill.; Mrs. Gene (Kathleen) Campbell, Davis Junction, Ill.

She was preceded in death by her husband, six sons and a daughter.

Committal services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at St. Patrick's Catholic Cemetery at Dougherty. The Rev. Leander Reicks will officiate. The Hogan-McKee Funeral Home is in charge.
