They had a farm about 7 miles north of Harrington, Lincoln County, WA.
From his obituary: "He was a devoted husband, a loving father, and a kind neighbor and will be greatly missed by all who knew him."
He had been not been feeling well for about 8 weeks when a blood clot on his brain caused his immediate death.
He passed away on his farm and his funeral was held at the Harrington Evangelical Church.
He had one son: Henry A. McCann
