Mary Rose Ball, 69, formerly of Ellsworth, died Saturday, January 15, 2000, in Beverley Healthcare, Waynesburg.
She was born July 29, 1930, in Fayette County, a daughter of Joseph Sr. and Eldora Halpton McAvoy.
Surviving are three daughters, Beulah Chester of Bentleyville, Rosemary Carbone of Ellsworth and Lynn Ball of Carmichaels; three sons, Clarence Ball of Fredericktown, Kenneth Lee Ball of Florida and Paul Ball of Maryland; three sisters, Emma Ball, Peggy Bailey and Flora Kerns, all of Ellsworth; 12 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildre; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased are her husband, Clarence Ball; a brother, Joseph McAvoy Jr.; and a sister, Elizabeth Kania.
Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by Thompson-Marodi Funeral Home, Bentleyville.
