Mrs. Bonnie M. Billo, 72, of Jefferson City, MO, died Wednesday evening at Memorial Community Hospital.
She was born April 5, 1904, in Alton, the daughter of Carl and Elizabeth Noakes Mauldin.
She was married in 1922, in Fulton, to Clarence W. Billo, who died in 1950.
She lived in Columbia prior to moving to Jefferson City.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church, The Jefferson Chapter No. 496 of the Order of the Eastern Star, The Past Matrons and Past Patrons Club of Jefferson City and the Charity White Shrine No. 34.
She had been employed for 14 years by the School of Journalism at the University of Missouri-Columbia until illness forced her retirement in 1967.
Survivors include one son, Clarence M. Billo of Florissant, MO; two grandsons and one greatgrandson.
Funeral services will be Saturday at the Buescher Memorial Chapel with the Reverend G. Nelson Duke officiating. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.
Eastern Star services will be held by the Jefferson Chapter No. 496 in the Buescher Memorial Chapel, but a time has not been set.
