Miss Mathias was born Oct. 13, 1910, in Mathias, W.Va., and was a daughter of the late Charles L. and Clementine Cleaver Mathias.
She was a schoolteacher for Wardensville, W.Va. schools.
She is survived by a sister, Ama Morgan, Oak Ridge, Tenn.
The Rev. Luther "Nip" Crites will conduct a graveside service at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Cedar Hill Cemetery in Mathias, W.Va
