Anna was the daughter of Samuel Pearson Masters and Elizabeth (Wene) Masters. She married Thomas Davis Bickham II on July 2, 1857 in Clermont County, Ohio. 11 children were born to this union (see bio for Thomas Davis Bickham II). After Thomas died, Anna married Samuel Miller Stansbury (1834-1918) on November 23, 1899.

Death of a Pioneer Mother.
Died - Mrs. Anna B. Stansbury, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John Greer Saturday Oct. 2nd, 1920, at 3 a.m., aged 80 years, 9 months and 20 days.
Anna B. Masters was born Dec. 12th, 1839, near Goshen, Clearmont Co., Ohio. She was united in marriage to T. D. Bickham, Senior, on July 2nd, 1857. In 1869, they moved to Labette County, Kansas.
To this union were born eleven cildren, seven boys and four girls. Five having gone on before. They are, Ezra E Bickham and Mrs. Rhoda Delp, died leaving families, and three died in infancy. Those living are, Samuel P. Bickham of Altamont, Kansas, Mrs. Ella Breidenthal of Edna, Kansas, Mrs. Dorsia B. Zuck of Stillwater, Okla., Mrs. Callie Greer of Altamont, Thomas D. Bickham, Junior of Bartlett, and Ralph Bickham, of Oskaloosa, Iowa. She also has 43 grand children and 30 great grand children.
Her first husband departed this life Sept. 1st, 1889, while conducting a camp meeting at Emporia, Kansas. She lived a widow twelve years. On Nov. 30th, 1899, she was united in marriage to S. M. Stansbury. They resided in Edna thirteen yeras and 1912 they moved to Calif. and remained until his death, which occurred Dec. 11th, 1918. She then returned to Kansas and made her home with her children until she was called home to her reward.
She also leaves three sisters and many other near relatives. She was converted and sanctified in her young married life, ad familyh alter with the reading of God's word was th daily custom in her home. She was a member of the Methodist church, a loving, kind and faithful mother, and loved by all who knew her and her life was ever an example for others.
The funeral took place from the Edna M. E. church, Monday at 11 o'clock, Rev. J. R. Hankins preaching the funeral discourse. Interment in the west Edna cemetery.
