MASON Mr. Earl E. Mason - a longtime resident of Mobile, 90, died at home on Tuesday, April 10, 2013. Mr. Mason was the son of Paul H. and Willimena Mason of Mobile and was born on July 5, 1922. Mr. Mason was retired from Turner Supply Company following 50 years of service. Mr. Mason was a U.S. Army World War II Veteran who served his country in the Pacific Theater as a Coxswain. Mr. Mason was a member of the First Baptist Church of Mobile and is survived by his daughters, LeeAnne Strickland of Fairhope, AL., Kim Jones of Fairhope, AL., Karen Cavallo of Parkland, FL., his brother and sister-in-law John J. and Mary Mason of Spanish Fort, AL., 4 grandchildren, Mason, Eli, Carmine and Nikki, 2 nieces Linda and Patricia Mason and 2 nephews Bob and Jim Mason. The family will receive friends and family at the First Baptist Church of Mobile on Thursday, April 18th at 10am with Funeral services at the church at 11am, interment will be directly following at the Magnolia Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the First Baptist Church of Mobile whose loving pastors, staff and parishioners gave great joy and comfort to Mr. Mason for many years.
