Loretta M. Henning, 82, of Aurora passed away Wednesday, November 28, 2001 at her home. She was born February 11, 1919 in Aurora.
Mrs. Henning was a member of the Catholic Daughter's of America and the Altar and Rosary Society of St. Mary Church.
Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Herman E. Henning; one son, Richard (Lorraine) Henning of Mundelein; two daughters, Patricia Curtis and Barbara Schultz both of Petersburg, IL; six grandchildren, David, Amy, Timothy, Jenni, Mark and Kevin; three great-grandchildren, Sydney, Jacob and Payton; her sister, Lucina Marx of Aurora; her sisters in-law, Alice Marx of Greenville, SC, Ruth Henning of Aurora, Betty Henning of Wisconsin; her brother in-law and sister in-law, Karl (Esther) Henning of Joliet and 11 nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Michael and Anna (Wolsfeldt) Marx; a sister, Louise Marx; and a brother, Elmer Marx; two brothers in-law, Ferde Henning and Bob Henning and a sister in-law, Helen Wilson.
There will be no visitation. A memorial mass will be held at Holy Angels Church on Saturday, December 8, 2001 at 12:00 noon. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the National Osteoporosis Prevention Society, 1589 Barrington Rd., Hoffman Estates, IL 60194.
