She was born Dec. 9, 1953, in Munich, Germany.
She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in New Oxford. She was also a member of the 42nd Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry Reenactors Group, known as the Bucktails.
She is survived by her husband, Brian P. Barberie.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 22, at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, with the Rev. Francis J. Hudak as celebrant. Interment will be in Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens, Gettysburg.
Friends and family may meet at 12:15 p.m. Wednesday, at the Feiser Funeral Home, New Oxford, to proceed to the church.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 21, at the funeral home. Prayers will be recited at 8 p.m.
