Betty L. Anderson, age 72, of Russellville, died Sunday, December 17, 2006 at Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center. A daughter of the late Arch and Myrtle Vinson Martin, she was born September 13, 1934 in London. She was retired from Con-Agra Frozen Foods and was a former member of the Eagles Club. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Jack Anderson; three brothers: Faye, Riley and Tom Martin; and two sisters: Ellen Daggs and Mozell Stanley. Survivors include a sister, June Hansell of Russellville; a brother and three sisters-in-law: Bill and Anna Martin of Russellville; Mary Martin of Dardanelle; and Zerita Martin of Tulsa, Oklahoma; a number of nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
The funeral service will be at 2 P.M. on Wednesday at the Shinn Chapel, officiated by the Rev. Joe Yates. Burial will be in East Point Cemetery near Russellville, by Shinn Funeral Service.
Active pallbearers will be Dewayne Kendrick, Greg Martin, Mike Martin, Paul Burris, Jeff Van Es and Claude White.
The family will receive friends this evening from 5 to 7 P.M., at the funeral home.
