Mrs. Addie Mae Martin, 57, of 927 Drummond avenue, an active member of the Fellowship Baptist Church, died yesterday in a local hospital after suffering a stroke in the church where she had been working.
Mrs. Martin was a native of Alabama and had lived in Fresno the past 24 years.
She was the president of the Church's Rachel Missionary Circle, vice president of the Deacon's Wives Council, and a member of the church hymnal choir and prayer band.
Mrs. Martin is survived by her husband, Blanchie; three brothers, George Jones of Akron, Ohio, Jessie T. Jones of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Merrill Moody of Los Angeles, and a sister, Mrs. Albert Hague of Akron.
