Carson Martin 22 of Culp, born June 11, 1926 died Wednesday of last week, at Batesville. Services were at Table Rock Cemetery. Survivors are his parents: Mr and Mrs G. E. Martin, three sisters, Esta Lee, Flora and Dorothy Nell, seven half brothers and sisters: Allen Martin of Oroville, California, Cicero Martin and Mettie of Bloomfield Missouri, Rethie Holliman of Harrison, Annie Stowers of Norfork, Hettie White of Reed Springs, Missouri and Mrs Horace Green of Culp and his grandmother: Mrs Lucy Admire of Harrison.

Brief Illness Fatal to Young Man of Culp

Carson Martin, aged 22, son of Mr and Mrs G. E. Martin of Culp, died in a Batesville hospital Wednesday morning following a brief illness.

He became ill Sunday, suffering from a spinal infection resulting from an injury received several years ago.

Besides his parents, he is survived by three sisters, Esta Lee, Flora and Dorothy Nell of the home; and seven half brothers and sisters, Allen Martin of Oroville, Calif., Cicero M. Martin of Bloomfield, Mo., Mrs Mittie Gilbert of Bloomfield, Mo., Mrs Rethie Holliman, Harrison, Ark., Mrs Annie Stowers, Norfork, Ark., Mrs Hettie White, Reeds Spring, Mo., and Mrs Georgie Green of Culp.
