MARTIN, Betty age 73 of Huber Heights, passed away Wednesday, May 17, 2006. Mrs. Martin was born in Jackson, KY, September 26, 1932, retired from GM, a member of Pathway Baptist Church, Huber Heights Senior Center, Fraternal Order of Eagles # 3958, a 30 year member of the Miami Boat Club and was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred; daughter, Vickie and a son, Alfred, Jr. Survived by sons and daughters-in- law, Butch and Dixie Hawkins, Robert Hawkins, and David and Kelly Hawkins; 5 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; sisters, Molly Williams and Marie Craft; brother, Roscoe Bach. Funeral services 1:30 P.M. Friday at the GEORGE C. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME "North Dayton Chapel", 5040 Frederick Pike at Needmore Road. Pastor Larry Whitt officiating. Interment Forest Hills Cemetery. The family will receive friends 12:30 P.M. Friday until time of services at the George C. Martin Funeral Home. If desired, contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave. Dayton, Ohio 45420.
