Services held for Mrs. Glen Hallman

Funeral services for Mrs. Glen Hallman, 68, of Stratford were held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, December 6 at the Foster Funeral home in Webster City. Rev. Walter Phelps, pastor of the Calvary United Methodist Church at Stratford conducted the service. Interment was held in the Oakwood Cemetery at Stratford.

Mrs. Hallman passed away Wednesday noon, December 3 at the Hamilton County Hospital in Webster City. She had been a patient at the hospital for the past two months.

Grace Amy Manross, daughter of Clarence and Sophia Manross, was born on October 14, 1901 at Jesup, Iowa. She was raised and educated in that community.

She was united in marriage October 26, 1920 to Glenn Hallman. The couple made their home in Waterloo and moved to the Stratford Community in 1936.

Survivors include the husband, Glenn; one daughter, Mrs. Lester (Dorothy) Bergman of Stratford; one grandson, Ronald Eugene Bergman of Dayton; five great-grandchildren and one brother, Roy Manross of Waterloo.
